In the usual choppy and washy conditions the SUBC heavyweight eight cleared away to win the Head of the Parramatta Time Trial on 22nd November. SUBC completed the course on 14 mins and 5 seconds. Second fastest crew on the day was the Shore School eight in 14.25 and then Sydney Rowing Club eight in 14.29.
In other events the SUBC men’s quad finished second to Drummoyne and the World Championship Junior Four came our of retirement to win the Men’s Open Four.
