Happy Days at NSWIS Duathlon

Jo Wood, Tom Sacre and James Goswell were among a number of Sydney Uni rowers who attended the NSWIS Rowing winter activities – Duathlon- at Penrith last Saturday 6th August. Jo has just returned home after representing Australia in the U23 World Championships in Amsterdam, Tom is just getting back into training after a back injury kept him out of the SUBC Henley crew and James is training for the Oxfam Trailwalker later this month.
