SUBC members and friends would be saddened to learn of the recent death of Professor Martin Tattersall of Woolwich.
It is with the fondest of memories that so many SUWRC and SUBC alumni will reflect on the extraordinary warmth and generosity of Sue and Martin as they opened their beautiful home and garden for fundraising events for our club. The garden parties were always a spectacular success - the sun always seemed to shine and such a happy time was had by all!
Martin and his wife, Sue, embraced rowing, launching their sculls from the shore of their beautiful garden to enjoy a morning’s row along the Lane Cove River.
Martin was a member of the North Shore Rowing Club and Sue, is a longstanding rower with the Sydney University Masters Squad.
